Hi! I’m Gabbie, OT and founder of Beach Break .

My work is guided by the values of joy, connection to nature and a strengths-based mindset. I believe therapy works best when it feels like play, builds real connection and happens in spaces that inspire a sense of freedom and calm.

I help children build confidence, meet developmental goals and strengthen their mental health in ways that feel playful and natural, so therapy never feels like a chore.

By weaving the ocean, nature and connection into each session, I create opportunities for children to grow, belong and participate fully in their communities, while celebrating who they are and what they love.
